Sabina Monahan

Sabina Monahan is an administrative professional and coordinator based in County Galway, Ireland. She led the organising team for the 2026 Forum on Artistic Research and has been involved in the initial operations to establish the Institute for Creativity at the University of Galway.

Currently, Sabina Monahan is the Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Creativity, where she supports the Institute’s administrative, research and events activities. With a background in Fine Art, she also holds a BA in Business Enterprise and Community Development. She previously held a project management executive role in the University of Galway and project administration, event management and leadership roles in not-for-profit projects. An Irish speaker, Sabina is interested in sustainability and the role of creative practice in community contexts.
