Maria Pinell

Maria Pinell Plana (Barcelona, 1993) is an artist and PhD candidate in Humanities at Pompeu Fabra University. Working across artistic research and experimental film practices, she explores sensible relations between bodies, spaces, and cinematic dispositifs through film, performance, and installation. Her projects have been developed and presented in various contexts, including Xcèntric (Spain), Cineteca Madrid (Spain), Anthology Film Archives (USA), LaborBerlin (Germany), Cine Humberto Mauro (Brazil), and Baltic Analog Lab (Latvia), among others.
